We are NOT responsible for DELIVERY of your order on time.
Estimated delivery date is provided to you by USPS and we do not have control over USPS. If your order is delayed and we have shipped it on time, we are not responsible for delay, you need to contact USPS with your tracking number.
What if I Need Several Packages Sent to Different Addresses?
You will have to make separate purchase for each address you are shipping the box to.
This way for the each address you will get a tracking number to see, where your package is.
My Tracking Shows "Delivered" But I Didn't Get My Package?
Package theft is on the rise, please make sure you keep track of your package. We are NOT responsible for package theft, this is something your local police station should handle not a small business like us.
Can I Change Shipping Address After Purchase?
We can change the address after the purchase, but only until the box ships out.
As soon as the box is in hands of USPS or UPS we can not do anything about it.
Please check your address before placing the order!
Shipping to Canada or EU Countries
If we are shipping your package to Canada or other EU countries, we are required to show our shop name, address and how much was paid for the product, basically a receipt.
Also, we are NOT responsible for paying any types of duties for your shipments. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay duties or import taxes in the countries where we send your packages.
